Hotel Hacienda Del Mar Puerto Carrillo, Puerto Carrillo

I had high hopes for this family-run hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The rooms were clean but quite dark, and I felt the service could use some serious improvement. The location offered a beautiful view of a pasture, and the pool was impressive, but I found myself wishing for a more welcoming atmosphere. It could definitely shine with some extra attention to hospitality and guest experience, especially given the reasonable rates.
